Who do you ship with?
EU brandstore: We utilise DHL and GLS as shipping partners in Europe. DHL is our recommended option because of how reliable and fast they always are.
US brandstore: The shipping partner is chosen by our partner warehouse and these couriers are typically FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
When does my order arrive?
EU brandstore: With DHL it is on average 2 days. With GLS it is usually 5 working days (7 total counting weekends).
US brandstore: On average it takes 2-3 days to receive the product once the order has been shipped.
How to cancel my order
Reach out to Simucube at support@granitedevices.zendesk.com as soon as possible. If the order is placed before noon, it is likely we won’t be able to cancel the order in time.
