Yes. Even though we announced the giveaway on 15th of November, if you placed an order within the month of November, you have entered the giveaway.
Anybody over the age of eighteen (18) with an order value of over 500€.
We will collect all qualified participants and draw a name at random. That person will be the winner of the giveaway. To qualify, you need to place an order through our brandstore valued at over 500€
Congratulations! Your Simucube ActivePedal will be shipped as soon as it is commercially available. That means when the product launches in Q1 2023, we will automatically send it to you.
We will reach out and congratulate the winner via e-mail address.
Unfortunately, for this giveaway we are only including customers who have purchased directly through our brandstore.
Raffle Rules: Granite Devices LLC
The draw will be organized by Granite Devices LLC, Visiokatu 3, 33720 Tampere, Finland, business ID 2677148-7.
The raffle entry period is from the 1st of November to the 15th of December. All natural persons of legal age (eighteen years) can participate in the draw excluding employees of the Organizer. You participate in the raffle automatically by purchasing products from the Simucube Brand Store (simucube.com/en-us) worth at least five hundred euros (500€). By participating, the raffle participant gives the organizer permission to use the raffle winner’s name on the organizer’s website without separate consent or compensation.
The prize will be drawn among all those who participated with the minimum purchase. The grand prize is one Simucube ActivePedal. The prize cannot be converted into money or transferred to another person. The organizer will take care of the lottery tax.
The draw will take place one week after the 15th of December 2022, when the raffle is closed. The winner will be announced on our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram). The winner will be notified personally via email. If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, or the winner cannot/does not want to receive the prize, a new winner will be drawn.
The recipient of the prize releases the Organizer from any liability arising from participating in the raffle or
allegedly caused by participating in a raffle, redeeming the prize or using the prize they won from this draw. Participants accept to follow the rules of the draw by participating in the lottery. The organizer reserves the right to change these rules.
