Shipping policy

Who do you ship with?

EU brandstore: We utilise DHL and GLS as shipping partners in Europe. DHL is our recommended option because of how reliable and fast they always are.

US brandstore: The shipping partner is chosen by our partner warehouse and these couriers are typically FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

UK brandstore: We use UK-based carriers such as Evri, Royal Mail, and Amazon.

When does my order arrive?

EU brandstore: With DHL it is on average 2 days. With GLS it is usually 5 working days (7 total counting weekends).

US brandstore: On average it takes 2-3 days to receive the product once the order has been shipped.

UK brandstore: If all products are in stock, the order will depart the warehouse either the same day, or the next, excluding weekends and holidays. 

How to cancel my order

Reach out to Simucube at support@granitedevices.zendesk.com as soon as possible. If the order is placed before noon, it is likely we won’t be able to cancel the order in time.
